Changed your mind? No worries, we happily unworn, unwashed and unaltered items within 14 working days to have a full refund. Items must be in the same condition as received in their original packaging. We don’t accept returns of earrings for hygienic reasons. 

Contact us at info@inseparabledesign.com with your orderID in the subject of your email and we will guide you through the return process.

We recommend using a tracked or signed for service to ensure your items arrive safely and we can proceed with the refund. 

Brand new and beautiful, it is made to last! And to make sure they are your forever companion here are some tips on how they preserve them: 

- Wash as little as possible. Try airing your pieces outside in the shade to freshen them up. 

- If it needs to be washed, hand wash using a gentle washing detergent

- Dry your pieces in the shade as the sunlight can fade the colors of your lovely pieces. 

Brand new and beautiful, it is made to last! And to make sure they are your forever companion here are some tips on how they preserve them: 

- Once they arrive in your sweet home and you've tried them on ( pretty you!), place them in one of your favorite jewelry box. The sun and the light are not the resin's best friend so keeping them in the dark will ensure they last in time. 

- Oops you did it again, you spilled some coffee/tea/anything on your resin pieces. Do not worry: take a gentle cloth with lukewarm water and delicately clean the surface. 

- Do not wear excessively your jewelry pieces under the water as it reduces their shine. We would not recommend swimming in the sea with them, just wear them on the beach to show them off!

Once you have placed an order with us, it might take in between two weeks to the making and sending of your final items.

Are you in France or the UK? Great, we are too. Shipping would cost £3.50 in the UK and 3.99€ in France. 

International Shipping

We ship in worldwide ! You can see exactly which countries we ship to if you enter your shipping information on our check out page. You can also see what the shipping cost will be during the checkout process. 

Please note items shipped outside the UK and Europe may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges, which are not included in the total cost of order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Inseparable.
